01THE BRIEF
Kudzi Logistics needed 3 200 m² of clear-span warehousing with integrated offices on a tight Msasa site, ready to receive stock before the December peak. The programme allowed nineteen weeks — straight through the rainy season — and the budget was fixed.
02OUR APPROACH
We detailed and fabricated the portal frames in our own workshop while the foundations were still curing, which took eight weeks of sequencing out of the critical path. Steel was delivered in erection order, and roofing followed the frame bay by bay so the slab could be poured under cover.
03THE RESULT
Handed over two days early, on budget, with a zero-harm record across 14 800 man-hours. The client has since instructed us on a second phase — a 900 m² canopy over the loading apron.
